Delivery and returns

Delivery
The delivery will be sent to the shipping address you stated.

Returns
Mr4Tune utilizes the following basic rules for returning one or more items ordered from us.
 

• Returns must always be notified in advance by e-mail in order to guarantee correct handling.
• Articles that are customized cannot be returned.
• Articles can be returned within 7 days of having received your order.
• Articles may not be used.
• Articles must be returned in the original packaging.
• Labels may not be removed from the articles.
• You are responsible for correct (and, if applicable insured) returning the items.
• The delivery costs are for your own account. Franco consignment or COD shipments for the attention of Mr4Tune will NEVER be received.
• In case of a faulty article or a manufacturing defect of an article delivered by Mr4Tune, different rules apply (obviously).
