Coolshot function.
The coolshot function is a button on the hair dryer (brush) that gives you cold air. This function is important to fix the hair. After you have shaped your hair with a warm blowing setting, it is important to secure your result with the cold setting. You do this with the coolshot function. Once it has cooled down, your hair is no longer so vulnerable.
Diffuser Accessory The extra diffuser accessory is an accessory to create extra volume during blow-drying. First remove the nozzle to connect this diffuser to the Carmen hair dryer. Then hang your head sideways or upside down and gently place your hair or curls in the diffuser. Move the diffuser towards your head to get the warm air to the roots of your hair. Now the diffuser will dry your hair in a playful way so that you get a lot of volume.
Good to know:
Hair dryers have 2 or sometimes even 3 heat and speed settings. You don't need these powerful settings for all hair types. For both hair types it is important to use heat protection in the hair beforehand.

Lower setting – This setting is more suitable for fine to normal hair. The result is also more beautiful, because you do not damage the hair unnecessarily.
Higher setting – This setting is more suitable for thicker hair. This natural thickness needs more strength to be transformed into a new style. For this we advise not to keep the hair dryer in the same place for too long, and to use it at least 20 cm from your head.
